There are two goals in the Bulletproof Diet.
- To Minimize Mold/Toxin/Heavy Metal Exposure.
- To Heal The Body With Food/Supplements.

Before going Bulletproof/Eating Strategically, I had a lot of problems when I was on cycle. Emotional problems, constant digestive issues, breathing issues, acne, body acne, overly horny etc. Then when I got off (after 2 years of juicing my ass off,) my libido was shot.
After Bulletproofing the diet, sex drive returned, Body Composition rapidly changes (Due to learning to burn fat for fuel,) and inflammation in the body went down. For instance, my hands used to be arthritic from the inflammation and too much growth hormone.
The growth hormone must have increased the size of my hands because my hands became arthritic after the cycle.
Ostarine and Ligandrol are steroids 2.0.
They can put on fifteen to twenty pounds of solid lean, lean chiselled non puffy moon steroid face (plus two points in looks!), no hormonal issues (this is for you ladies, SARMs are a much better option than risking masculinization (unless thats your thanggg…)
The two to watch out for are RAD 140 and S23. They are just too powerful. They can give you the anxiety, the emotions, the whole bit. Feels just like anabolics. Also they shut you down.
Stick to Osta + Ligandrol.
Add peptides if you must.
But get the diet down pat.
