Brad’s 4 Principles To Maximize Growth While Minimizing Focus On Male Enhancement
Principle 1: Discipline = Freedom: Consistency is the key with male enhancement (and anything) you must every single day continually do something for your gains if you want the big gains of 2 inches+ in length and 1 inches + in girth. There are no days off. There are active recovery days, and there are active work days.
Principle 2: Do Your Manual Exercises In The Morning. Every morning I recommend you do the heavy lifting AKA manual exercises. Stretching and Jelqing are the staples for me. Nothing fancy.
Principle 3: Slow Down. I have received many, many e-mails about guys who got overzealous on their dick and ignored the negative physiological indicators… and injured themselves. Smoothly, slowly, stretch, pump, jelq, and extend. Warm up in the shower, smoothly pull your dick, don’t violently pull it.
Principle 4: Use Devices. The Bathmate/Penomet and Sizegenetics/X4 extender are basically necessary to making gains in a short period of time.
Brad’s Beginner Routine With Devices:
This is for someone who has done at least 2 weeks of jelqing stretching and is familiar with how to use the bathmate and sizegenetics.
Warm Up: Warm Towel Over The Suspendatory Ligaments above penis. Massage penis + ligaments
Stretching: 5-10 mins.
Jelqing: 5-10 mins.
Bathmate: Use with a flaccid penis to start if you are not experienced eventually you can work your way up to using it with an erection. 3-10 minutes. Monitor your penis in the bathmate, it can sometimes pinch the skin around the gaiter system. If you feel uncomfortable take it off.
Sizegenetics: Post Bathmate session and morning stretch/jelq your penis will be longer/thicker than before. I like to put my dick into the sizegenetics after the bathmate so that the blood from the workout and extra size stays in the dick for a significantly longer period of time (until I take the sizegenetics off next.) This is called ‘healing in an extended state.’ You are essentially stretching your dick out past its natural point in the morning in length and girth, and then holding it there in the extender all day. I recommend setting the extender to slightly past what your natural erection is. This should feel comfortable to wear for most of the day.
Keep the sizegenetics on and when you go to the bathroom remove it, and massage your penis to get the blood flow back into it and check its condition. Make sure it’s got circulation and isn’t getting rubbed raw by the extender. Remember, injuries will only set you back so if you are losing circulation, or are very raw take the extender off… apply coconut oil or A+E and heal up for rest of day.
Also, when you are in the bathroom you can simply stretch your dick out for a few minutes slowly and smoothly. These little ‘mini’ sessions add up significantly.
Use the bathmate in the shower for 3-10 minutes pre- sex or pre-bed. If you want to make this routine more intense, add some exercise pre-bathmate at night.
Of course if you follow this program you will have to turn up the intensity in order to continue to make gains. There are many variables to tweak to increase the stimulus response to growth if your body has stopped responding and growing. Common sense way of tweaking it is add time, not intensity.
Similar to weight lifting: if you are trying to get bigger and more athletic without injuring yourself… you may benefit from working out with full range of motion and partial reps thrown in at a high rep range squeezing, contracting and stretching your muscles instead of simply trying to do progressive overload.
I have seen many people get injured upping the intensity and weight too quickly.
The same applies with the male enhancement. Don’t pull too hard, pump too hard, or jelq too hard… Just increase the time and monitor. It should be a relatively smooth progression… Don’t hurt yourself your dick will not appreciate it lol.
