I’ve been doing male enhancement for about 3 years with decent regularity.
I’ve had times where I was disciplined… and I’ve had times where I was not disciplined.
Common knowledge was that penis growth much like bodybuilding… was a marathon not a sprint.
I started at an above average size of around 6 inches in length and 5 inches in girth… and ended up at 7.4 inches and post bathmate pump up to 6.5 inches.
I in a few short years have developed a ‘big dick.’ from a slightly above average one.
What I have learned is the key to length gains is ‘hard workout’ + ‘healing in extender.’
That’s what creates fast length gains.
You could gain length with just the Sizegenetics or just doing stretching and jelqing… but the true power comes from using both in tandem.
The fastest way to length gains I’ve found is to work out intensely in the morning for 20-60 minutes depending on your level at PE and then go put your dick in the SizeGenetics to heal in an extended state.
I do as much of my work in the morning as I can. This damages the tissue and primes it for growth. The jelqing allows the penis to have a ‘pump’ along with the bathmate. The stretching causes the penis to be loose and stretches the ligaments and the actual shaft of the penis.
Then I strap it into the extender on a medium or medium-high setting for as many hours as I can handle per day.
Then at night I wrap my penis with ace bandage and put A+E lotion on it to heal the skin.
The gains come quickly at first, and then consistently as long as you continue to progress and stretch for longer times, add bars or tension on the extender, and jelq longer and more intensely.
The sizegenetics is not optional for fast gains in my opinion… it’s an absolute must.
If you stretch without it… your penis will retract and go back to its original smaller state throughout the day especially in compression shorts…
If you stretch and then strap it into the extender… what you will have is a penis primed for growth, and a penis that grows slowly over time in the extender.
It, along with the Bathmate… are in my opinion almost completely necessary for the fastest progress possible in PE.
