I’ve done some good things… I’ve done some bad things.
Listed below is the full complete guide how to make quality sizeable muscle gains during the winter bulk… you should be able to put on 20-30lbs of quality muscle for a newbie without using super harsh anabolics. Or if you are intermediate you still should be able to put on a ton of high quality size using this plan with a few additions.
Goals: Put on 20-30lbs of quality muscle… Keeping fat gain to a minimum… or even getting leaner while doing the cycle.
Meal 1: 2 Scoops Whey Protein Isolate, 1 Tbl Spoon Olive Oil, 1/2 Carton Egg Whites (25g Protein) Total 75g protein
Taken W/ Digestive Enzymes
Meal 2: 6 oz Chicken Breast + Steamed Vegetables + Hot Sauce 60g protein
Train: Intraworkout: Sip BCAAS
PWO Meal 3: 2 Scoops Whey Protein Isolate 50g Protein
Meal 4: 6 oz Chicken Breast + Rice + Hot Sauce 60g Protein (Can replace chicken breast w beef, or fish… Rotate sources.)
Meal 5: 6 oz Chicken Breast + Rice + Hot Sauce 60g Protein
Meal 6: 2 Scoops Whey Protein Isolate, 1 Tbl Spoon Olive Oil, 1/2 Carton Egg Whites. 75g Protein
Snack 1: Apple + 2 tablespoons of Natural Peanut Butter
Snack 2: Cottage Cheese w/ Pineapple Artifically Sweetened. Whole tub is 40g Protein.
Total protein on this is around 420g daily. Give or take. 400g of protein is absolutely massive… you have to drink a lot of water, take fiber supplement, and make sure you use supplement list to be able to process this huge amount of protein. If you eat this way, do cardio and lift heavy… you will grow like a fucking weed.
Water Intake: 1 Gallon… Possibly add 1 liter to a gallon as size goes up.
Use 3-4 exercises per body part.
Focus on Heavy Compound Movements
First two exercises should be Mass Builders. 8-12 Reps as heavy as you can go with full Range Of Motion and control.
Every week should be progressing slightly in weight for whole ‘blast.’
Next two can be more ‘pump’ exercises.
For instance… Chest Day.
1: Incline Bench Press: 8-12 Reps. 3 Working Sets. (meaning at a weight that is challenging to you)
2: Plate Loaded Hammer Strength (Low or High Press): 8-12 Reps. 3 Working Sets.
3: Chest Fly Machine: 8-15 Reps. 3 Working Sets.
4: Chest Pull-over 8-15 Reps. 3 Working Sets.
Train 5-7 Days Per Week When Blasting.
Ideally you will do 20-60 minutes of Morning Fasted Cardio while sipping BCAA’s.
You can jog, stepmill, stationary bike at higher level setting, elliptical, or incline treadmill. I like stepmill and incline treadmill because it works my calves and glutes a little more.
If you can’t do AM cardio… do it Post Work Out.
Also a side note… take a shot of cjc-no dac + ipamorellin or ghrp 2 before doing fasted cardio or regular cardio to boost growth hormone levels and improve fat burning even further.

The boldenone will give you great vascularity, endurance, keep you a bit leaner, and increase your appetite even more.
The deca will provide absolutely massive strength and size gains.
The proviron lowers Sex Hormone Binding Globulin and makes all of these compounds work even better and more efficiently.
This cycle is an absolute monster.
I recommend running this 12-16 weeks.
Arimadex: .5-1mg Daily
Hair Loss Stack Including Finasteride (If Prone to Male Pattern Baldness)
Cabergoline: .5mg Every 3 Days
Cialis: 2.5-5mg ED or Every Other Day
Explanation: The arimadex will keep bloat down and emotional side effects down.
The Finasteride will keep DHT levels low. Be careful as for some people Finasteride + Deca can cause even more dramatic hair shedding. Although this may be an urban myth. Best to do your research beforehand.
The Cabergoline will keep prolactin lower which Deca and Tren both elevate. It will keep emotions down, gyno away, and Deca Dick away. Keep your sex drive up and your erections up.
Cialis will lower blood pressure and help with any erectile problems you may have with Deca.
For advanced lifters only who have broken their plateaus and want to ensure they put on even more size.
Try to get ahold of Humalog. It’s short acting and becomes active immediately. You’ll want to take the shot and remember the rule…
10 Grams of Carbs Per 1iu of Insulin
This is a starting point… you may be able to go lower in carbs but you must be very careful. If you experience ANY symptoms of hypoglycemia have fast acting carbs and glucose tabs on hand.
Bodybuilding is a hobby, it’s not worth dying for a couple extra pounds of muscle.
Take the humalog post workout with some Pineapple juice.., or if you insist… some carb powder. I personally fucking hate carb powder. It upsets my stomach.
Mix the pineapple juice with creatine and L-Glutamine and 10g BCAA’s. These will be shuttle directly into the muscle immediately upon taking the shot.
I recommend not exceeding 10iu’s of insulin.
Frankly I think you can keep it at 4-6 ius and see AMAZING results.
Insulin + a bad diet can get you Fat as Fuck.
Keep the diet extremely clean while using insulin.
Also only use it post work out… if you are seeing that you are getting too fat or your stomach is too distended (a common problem with insulin…) take a break.
Only using insulin a few times per week while following this plan will put on a HUGE amount of weight.
The key with insulin is breaking plateaus but not getting fat… and of course… being safe!
Using insulin while keeping your growth hormone elevated like we’ve discussed with the peptide protocol alongside the heavy lifting the cardio and the largely clean diet is the perfect way to run it.
After the carb drink… have your next meal within 1 hour… make sure it has rice and some type of carb in there.
This protocol will put SLABS of muscle on you over the winter. This stack of supps anabolics peptides and optionally insulin will literally BLAST you to the next dimension.
