How do I get all this done and still get lots of work done?

Why do I want to make my body perform and look as good as it can?

Generally speaking, I’ve been doing 3 days of intermittent fasting. Taking amino energy throughout the day (so bad I know) and brain octane oil… and a lot of water.
For dinner, vegetables and grass fed beef. Grass fed butter and himalayan sea salt.

Every 4-5 days I have a higher calorie/carb day to replenish my muscles. It is amazing how much I fill up on those days compared to the day before.
I use the Recon Peptides RAD 140 Sarm every 3 days. 3mg.
The SARM allows me to deal with the workouts. I workout throughout the day, including jogging 3-5 miles at least once daily and hit the gym and keep improving in striking… looking forward to joining BJJ gym and running 5k.
The training is pretty intense but I am really enjoying the transformation.
