My Buddy Jack passed January 17th, 2018. He had cancer.
I had been texting him a lot at the end, and he texted less and less. Eventually his wife began texting on his behalf… and I knew it was over.
Towards the end of his battle, I promised him to live a clean life. To eat well, and treat my body right. Try to help others, and be a good productive, member of society who made a real difference and impact.
Simply because I promised him, I’ve followed through on that.
I went from treating my body like utter shit, with very low standards, to clumsily trying to adopt the bulletproof diet strictly into my life.
I went from ice cream, to swiss chard and grass fed beef.
I began training for a 5k… Started running for the first time in a couple years.
Since that time, I’ve implemented a micro dose of SARMS 3 times per week into my workout regime.
So Far, I’ve gone from 197 lbs of pudge and fluff, to 183 lbs of nice lean flexible agile slow and fast twitch muscle fibers…
Here are the Best Things I’ve Bought and Learned About Since That Time:
- Recon Peptides RAD-140, Cardarine, and Tadalafil. These are since discontinued. But, I micro Dose 3mg of RAD 140 every 3 days. I also used to use ResearchPeptides.co Cardarine which was Unreal Endurance. The tadalafil is fantastic for getting massive pumps in the gym… but more importantly the tadalafil lowers blood pressure, which when you’re really pushing yourself in business and gym… can be helpful. Also it gives you hyooge boners. Which is a plus for banging the bejesus out of your best gal.
- Brain Octane Oil: Dave Asprey’s: Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil is Caprylitic Acid. It’s a coconut MCT that’s been even further processed to be absorbed even quicker by the body and provides two big beautiful benefits. Benefit 1. It conditions your body to burn fat instead of glucose. Benefit 2. It provides a nice burst of mental clarity… and suppresses your appetite. It is a clean fat that will not cause inflammation in your stomach and intestines.
- Rapid Planning Method: This is easily one of the best most important productivity tools I have ever started using. It’s a mental shift, that you put on paper. It’s a way of chunking your goals/outcomes based on your vision through the ‘state’ of your ‘why?’ Question 1: What do you want? Question 2: Why? Question 3: How? If you actually plan your day based on your goals and vision instead of constantly reacting to the pressures of life… you will begin to shift your ultimate destiny by making new decisions. If you make a decision today, it will affect the rest of your life. Think about one you might have made 5, 10, 15 years ago? Think about how much it impacted your life? Think of another time you made a wrong decision? Most of us make wrong decisions when we are gunning for our goals… its inevitable that we eventually make a mistake. That’s why we need to take time daily, to constantly refocus on the outcomes you actually want in life.
