Begin Training: Follow my “old school” bodybuilding program. It encourages strength, good posture, good flexibility, cardiovascular health, and a muscular and sexy body. You will be strong, vibrant and look amazing with your clothes on, or off.
Begin Dieting: The easiest fix to much of your problems in terms of health is fixing your diet. Follow my “Old School” Bodybuilding Diet for 99% of people in the world this will lead to better performance, better health, better sex, better scent, and overall just a glow about you.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy: Having high testosterone promotes muscularity, lower fat on the body, high sex drive like you’ve never had before, crazy erections, and better more centered feelings in your relationships and in relation to women in general.
A good standard dose for this is 200-400mg of Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate per week with an Aromatase inhibitor and perhaps some Proviron. 400Mg of Testosterone per week is a high nice dose that will make you feel VERY virile and confident. Something that 95% of the men I meet now-a-days could use.
Cialis: Viagra is not my favorite thing, it’s short acting and actually lowers my performance in the bedroom. I much prefer cialis. It gives me an amazing pump in the gym, lowers blood pressure, and gives amazing erections. You only take it once very three days or take a small dose every morning and you get hard lasting erections. If you are concerned with having erectile dysfunction, don’t fret about it just take some Cialis in the morning before you have sex. There also is Levitra which is very long lasting, I have not used it yet.
Supplementation: Make sure your bloodwork is good and you aren’t deficient in vitamins or minerals. Take your multi-vitamins, make sure you’re getting your necessary dietary fats, a fiber supplement, and anything else that you feel that you need.
Begin Doing P.E.: Most guys are insecure about the size of their penis. They worry that the girls exes had bigger dicks, fucked them better, or had better bodies. They worry about how they look in relation to them. That all goes away once you have grown your dick 1.5-3 inches in length and 1-2 inches in girth.
