Very brief story.
I once got caught up taking the anti-depressant/opiate Tianeptine.
I thought it was a novel type of anti depressant… however, along with thousands of others I learned that it activated the opiate receptors in the brain.
The rabbit hole got deeper and deeper with Tianeptine.
It is very addictive, especially the sodium.
People get very hooked on this drug and it is very hard to get off.
I know many people who were on 10g+ per day of tianeptine…
The withdrawals are a nightmare. They are absolutely awful.
The best way to get off of tianeptine at a high dose… is to first know that it 100% is possible. I have done it.
Here’s the best way.
#1 Switch to sulfate only.
#2 Add kratom and agmatine to ward off withdrawal.
#3 Use THC/CBD liberally
#4 Cut sulfate 2 weeks after cutting sodium
#5 Cut kratom and agmatine after 2 weeks
#6 Cut THC/CBD 2 weeks after
Tianeptine may provide temporarily relief, but the addictive potential from this drug is so dramatically high that it is simply not worth trying.
