The Ultimate Covid-19 Survival Strategy
Covid-19 was created in a Wuhan Virology lab.
It is a chimera man-made viral bioweapon released into the world by the CCP as an act of economic, psychological, and biological warfare.
It is a highly infectious, but barely fatal disease. The mortality rate from Covid is lower than the flu. Much lower.
This is a guide on how to crush Coronavirus using supplements, diet, biohacking, light therapies and more. First, let’s examine how coronavirus affects the body.

Covid-19 much like other viral infections causes an autoimmune response to a foreign viral invader. This is known as a cytokine storm. The markers of this in the bloodwork are CRP-1 and IL-6… these markers show that there’s inflammation in the body. Inflammation = disease. Acidity in the body = disease.
Most people panic when they start to feel some of the symptoms of a cytokine storm. The key is, to follow the guide and you will be able to fight off this weak virus. Do not get intubated at the hospital. 90%+ of people who get intubated die. Hospitals are financially incentivized to have covid-19 deaths.
Below, I’ve quoted a medical journal article about cytokine storms.
What is a cytokine storm? It is a hyperinflammatory condition caused by an overactive immune system. According to Science, a cytokine storm is a driving force in COVID-19 mortality rates:
Some clinicians suspect the driving force in many gravely ill patients’ downhill trajectories is a disastrous overreaction of the immune system known as a “cytokine storm,” which other viral infections are known to trigger. Cytokines are chemical signaling molecules that guide a healthy immune response; but in a cytokine storm, levels of certain cytokines soar far beyond what’s needed, and immune cells start to attack healthy tissues. Blood vessels leak, blood pressure drops, clots form, and catastrophic organ failure can ensue.
Avoid the inflammation, or reduce it when you get inflamed from the covid-19 and you’ll avoid going to the hospital.
Follow the guide below and you’ll avoid the second wave of covid-19.
Covid-19 Emergency Cure Stack:

- Eat clean, drink plenty of filtered water with organic lemon juice and/or wheatgrass. Your urine should be clear or straw colored. The lemon juice/wheatgrass will alklanize the blood PH. Alkaline blood ph = no inflammation, acid blood ph = inflammation.
- Take your supplements. With enough vitamin D, zinc, essential minerals, mushrooms etc… your immune system will be operating well and you will have a hard time getting sick.
- Use light therapy. Using the red light therapy device, and full spectrum light frequencies you’ll be much happier, healthier, and have another resistance to Covid-19.
- Use Neti Pot to rinse sinus out twice a day. Use warm clean distilled saline water with Alkalol (essential oils and saline solution premixed) and colloidal silver. This will kill many of the viruses and bacterias in your sinuses and nose. Knocks out colds/flus/pneumonias quickly.
- Use the sauna at least once a day when healthy, use three to four times a day when feeling sick. The heat mimics the heat of a fever and goes beyond the temperature. Also, you can infuse oregano oil/peppermint oil/hydrogen peroxide/colloidal silver which will be nebulized and absorbed in the lungs/body. Releases heat shock proteins. Dramatically boosts immune system. Helps detox you.
- Take cold/contrast showers after the sauna, releases cold shock proteins. Dramatically boosts immune system and also helps detox you. Put a a filter on your showerhead as well.
- If you want to take things to a higher level, nebulize hydrogen peroxide mixture. This was recently talked about by Dr. Mercola about how this cured people with pneumonia within hours. Look into nebulizing this colloidal silver/oregano oil.
- Use essential oils below your nose when you sleep and put a nasal strip on your nose. It opens your breathing passageways allowing you to get to deeper levels of sleep quicker.
- While there are new therapeutics coming out regularly, the best medical treatments for covid are Zinc, Vit D/C and all previous suggestions + HydroxyChloroquine. Remdesivir is not a good option, there are more therapeutics coming such as convalescent plasma, and antibodies. But HCQ has been shown to perform well and safely. Should you get Covid-19 and get hospitalized request HCQ.
- DO NOT GET INTUBATED. Do these other things FIRST should you feel pneumonia symptoms. Those who got intubated MOSTLY DIED. From what I’ve heard from the doctors that worked covid shifts… they explained that 90%+ that were intubated died. Don’t let that be you.
- Use red light therapy. Infrared light is amazingly therapeutic for energy, healing and more. Also use full spectrum light during the day. Don’t use the traditional iradescent or weird lights that are normally installed. They produce un natural spectrums of light. Simply replace them with LED full spectrum lights that mimic the summer sun on a florida beach.
- Use EMF Blocking necklaces, bracelets and put emf neutralizing stickers on your phone and computer. It’s been proven that EMF, Microwaves, 5G, radiation dramatically increase symptoms from colds/flu/covid. Using different stones, copper tesla coils, and faraday cages you can dramatically reduce emf exposure and improve immune system. This is a cool faraday bag that attaches to molle system for those using a plate carrier or have a molle system bag. This is a cool pendant I wear with the sacred geometry Merkaba on one side and a tesla coil on the other.
- Use Fulvic/Humic Acid blend. It fills in all missed minerals in your multivitamin and diet. Great supplement.
- Use grounding to help release some of the excess EMF/electricity that’s built up within your body.



This is one of my favorite multi-vitamins because its cheap, it covers many bases and this alone would cover most of your vitamin/mineral gaps. Also there’s some greens, adaptogens, etc. It’s about 30$ for 240 tabs. You’ll get your zinc, some vitamin c, vitamin d, and everything else. I still would recommend supplementing with vitamin D and C as well as other vitamins/minerals.
Let’s discuss using a nebulizer. This was discussed by Dr. Mercola and he spoke about how nebulizing hydrogen peroxide in water cured most covid/pneumonia patients in hours. I included an article below about how to use Hydrogen Peroxide in a nebulizer. c
Nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide:
For urgent situations, can use ordinary-store hydrogen peroxide (3%) commonly found in brown plastic bottles. For urgent situations, can use non-chlorinated water instead of normal saline. Some ozone practitioners recommend for all homes to have a nebulizer, 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and “normal saline” (salt water concentration similar to inside our bodies). The following is provided as education only and not meant in any way as medical diagnosis or treatment or suggestions of treatment. Any actions you take from the information provided is at your own risk and liability. Some ozone practitioners think the symptoms of flu / colds / sinus infections / bronchitis / pneumonia / acute and chronic viral and non-viral lung and respiratory system challenges may be improved by nebulizing hydrogen peroxide. We have been told that this method in smaller amounts is safe for infants and children also.
Food grade hydrogen peroxide is alleged to not have the heavy metals or other impurities that can be in ordinary 3% hydrogen peroxide commonly found in brown plastic bottles. For urgent situations, can use ordinary 3% hydrogen peroxide. Food grade hydrogen peroxide comes in 35% or other strengths. It’s safer to buy the 3% food grade if available, since it is safer to handle and will need less diluting than the 35% strength. Nebulizers can be bought online without a prescription https://www.ebay.com/itm/273934817615 . Some pharmacies need a prescription. If no access to a nebulizer, may put ~ 1 part 3% peroxide to 5 parts boiling water (example: 1 cup 3% peroxide to 5 cups water): put head over the mist and breathe in the mist. May also use diluted peroxide in vaporizers/humidifiers in ~ 0.5 % solution = ~ 1 part 3% peroxide to 5 parts water.
In a small clean jar, some ozone practitioners put 0.1 cc of 3% food grade (NOT 35%)
hydrogen peroxide into 10 cc (2 tsp) of normal saline (Becomes 0.03%). Pour this resultant liquid into the chamber of the nebulizer. For urgent situations, can use non-chlorinated water instead of normal saline. Smokers or past smokers/vapers have been known to have done better starting with 0.1 cc of the 3% food grade peroxide put into 40 cc (8 tsp) of normal saline (resultant liquid is 0.0075%) or 20 cc (4 tsp) of normal saline in a small clean jar (resultant liquid is 0.015%).

Some ozone practitioners have used this resultant diluted hydrogen peroxide solution to fill the chamber of their nebulizers. Users have then breathed the nebulized solution in thru their mouths/noses till gone. They have done this every hour the first day if they needed and then 4-6 times a day till their infections were gone. Users have made the nebulizing solution more dilute or nebulized for less time or less often if they got too much coughing / short of breath. If tolerated, some ozone practitioners reported better results, if with each subsequent treatment, they added another 0.1 cc of the 3% peroxide to fresh normal saline in the small clean jar. Maximum most people tolerated was 1 cc 3% peroxide in 5 cc (1 tsp) normal saline (1 part 3% peroxide added to 5 parts saline becomes 0.5%).
Hydrogen peroxide has been known to last several months, especially if refrigerated. Many people have the above supplies handy so they can start treatment immediately when symptoms start, since the sooner their self treatment, the better their results were.
Sauna: Add oregano oil, peppermint oil, colloidal silver, and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. Don’t mix these. Sauna twice a day if you start to feel sick. This is a cheaper way of nebulizing (breathing vaporized particles in) these beneficial anti-viral medicines.
The sauna activates heat shock proteins, and has been proven to not only kill many different bacterias and viruses in the body because it emulates a fever… but also is a catch all for reducing common diseases that cause mortality. Heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, etc.

Wash out nose 2-3 times a day with the neti pot/alkalol.
Take supplements throughout the day.
Smear peppermint oil on nostrils throughout the day.
Use the colloidal silver and zinc spray in nose throughout the day. Here is a good one. Also, you can use this saline can which can be found for cheap at a local duane reade or online here to simply keep your sinuses irrigated throughout the day.
Drink plenty of water with lemon and follow the diet and training protocol.
Not medical advice but the drugs that are being used in clinical trials are down below… remember that they cannot be used in prophylaxis (treatment in advance) and the side effects of the hydroxycloroquine are severe and not to be underestimated.
Supplements:
Zicam Nasal Swabs W/ Homeopathic Medicine Combine this with Ionic Zinc... Start low with the zinc… can potentially burn and affect sense of smell. Use the zinc if you are really sick but not before. You can take the zinc in low doses under the tongue or apply to the nasal swabs and swab your nose… Also you can use Colloidal Silver on the nasal swab… It’s quite hard to do too much of this but do your own research. Lots of anti-viral properties.
Vitamin B-12 Methylcobalamin: “A clinical study conducted in Singapore showed that COVID–19 patients who were given vitamin B12 supplements (500 μg), vitamin D (1000 IU) and magnesium had reduced COVID–19 symptom severity and supplements significantly reduced the need for oxygen and intensive care support” [33].Aug 9, 2020 – PubMed
Personally I recommend taking 2000-5000iu of vitamin b12 a day. But experiement with what works for you. Methylcobalamin is a superior form of B-12 that is ready for the body to use without having to convert unlike other forms like cyanocobalamin.
Vitamin C W/ Bioflavinoids: “COVID-19 pneumonia and its progression to respiratory failure appear to be driven by an immune hyperreaction in which IL-6 and ET-1 play an important role. Vitamin C can reduce these (and other) inflammatory mediators in various inflammatory conditions, and is clinically beneficial in (non-COVID-19) hypertensive and/or diabetic obese adult patients. Considering the weight of the evidence and because vitamin C is cheap and safe, an oral low dose (1–2 g/d) may be useful prophylactically, and in cases of severe COVID-19, a (very) high-dose regimen may be beneficial. Ongoing clinical trials are expected to provide more definitive evidence.” -Science Direct
Neti Pot + Saline The benefit of saline nasal irrigation is primarily to moisturize the nasal passages, to reduce inflammation, and to improve the function of the cilia (small hairs) to clear mucus. Saline irrigation is mostly used for symptomatic improvement in chronic rhinosinusitis. There was a small randomized trial published in Nature, Scientific Reports [Ramalingam S, Sci Rep 9, 1015(2019)] that found that saline irrigation reduced the duration of viral upper respiratory tract infection by a couple of days, reduced symptoms, and reduces viral shedding and household contagion. Whether these results can be expected for infection with SARS-CoV-2 is not known. However, this is essentially no risk associated with saline nasal irrigation so for that reason this could be helpful in the prevention and early stages of infection.
Oscillococcinum: Highly studied homeopathic medicine. It is one of the most popular ones to use and many people have had success curing flu’s, pneumonias, and colds with this homeopathic medicine. I have used it to fight off coronavirus and believe it made a difference.

Mushroom Blend: Mushrooms have been long studied to prevent/cure cancer and boost immune system. There aren’t many direct studies that tie together a Coronavirus Sars type virus together with a mushroom blend. I can anecdotally say that mushrooms do have a positive benefit on my own personal sense of vitality and health. Having also read about their immune system boosting benefts and anti-cancer benefits, I would be foolish to not include this in a Covid-19/pneumonia survival guide.
Oil Of Oregano: “A recent in vitro study indicates that the essential oil of this medicinal herb can destroy human coronavirus, thought to be the pathogen responsible for SARS, and completely stop its replication within 20 minutes of exposure.
The study was conducted by Dr. M. Khalid Ijaz, of Microbiotest, an independent microbiological testing lab in Sterling, VA. Dr. Ijaz incubated human coronavirus in MRC-5 cell lines with Oreganol P73, an olive-oil preparation of wild oregano, and with Oregacillin, a combination of wild oregano, wild sage, wild cumin and wild cinnamon oils. Both products are made by Physician’s Strength/North American Herb and Spice, a company that specializes in medicinal essential oils from the Mediterranean.
The oregano oil alone reduced viral titers from over 5 million particles per ml at baseline, to 167 particles per ml within 15 minutes. At 20 minutes, the titers were down to 150 particles per ml. The Oregacillin combination reduced titers from over 5 million, to 133 particles per ml in 15 minutes. Within 20 minutes, they were reduced to non-detectable levels. The investigators noted that both preparations were able to halt viral replication within the host cells.” -Holisticprimarycare.net
Odorless Garlic Garlic is a well-known and well-studied food for its antimicrobial (including antiviral) and anti-inflammatory actions. It may be most effective to prevent viral infections. Garlic is effective when cooked or raw.
NAC: Oral administration of NAC (600 mg/day) could function as a preventive measure, particularly in those repeatedly exposed to possible SARS-CoV-2 carriers (e.g., health workers). This application could be a particularly urgent approach since, despite the use of personal protective equipment, healthcare workers in the USA, Italy, China, Mexico, etc., have become infected while caring for hospitalized patient. Other workers who, due to their job requirements, cannot work at home and/or ensure self-isolation might also benefit from preventive use of NAC administration. If deemed effective, this latter use could potentially help to flatten the exponential contagion curve in several countries. Probiotic/Prebiotics: In summary, orally administered probiotic strains can reduce the incidence and severity of viral RTIs. At a time when doctors are using drugs with little anti- COVID-19 data, probiotic strains documented for anti-viral and respiratory activities (not low-quality undocumented imitations) should become part of the armamentarium to reduce the burden and severity of this pandemic. Government funding is being used to test numerous drugs but just as important, they should fund probiotic trials. In addition, use of recognized prebiotics (e.g., fructans, galactans) to enhance propagation of probiotic strains and indigenous beneficial microbes should be recommended as part of the overall strategy to flatten the curve (11, 50). -NCBI.Gov
Vitamin D3: The research notes that the data on Vitamin D levels was not readily available for COVID-19 patients they considered, but that they “leveraged the previously established links between Vitamin D and C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and between CRP and severe COVID-19, respectively, to estimate the potential impact of Vitamin D on the reduction of severe COVID-19.”
Colostrum: Colostrum has been shown to reduce intestinal inflammation in adults with inflammatory bowel disease. There are also studies which have shown bovine colostrum to reduce the symptoms of flu. There are several components, including transfer factor, in colostrum which have immune-modulating effects and anti-inflammatory actions. Of note, colostrum reduces IL-1beta and TNFalpha, two key cytokines involved in the symptoms of COVID-19. And, there are some people with COVID-19 who have primarily intestinal symptoms, usually diarrhea. Whether colostrum would be of benefit for the digestive and respiratory symptoms of COVID-19 infection is not known, however, with a high quality product, there is very low risk associated with bovine colostrum. -Andrew Weil

Notes On Dosages and Neti Pot/Nebulizer:
Using The Neti Pot: Fill the neti pot with warm distilled potable water, add saline, add alkalol, add colloidal silver. Use it to irrigate your sinuses both nostrils. You’ll flush out mucus, dirt, pollen, other gunk, and the saline + alklalol + silver will kill viruses/bacteria in your sinuses. I use it several times a day when I feel like I’m getting sick.
Using the Nebulizer: Full disclosure: I haven’t used the nebulizer yet. But, I heard from Dr. Mercola a highly respected integrative medicine doctor that using a nebulizer with hydrogen peroxide will heal pneumonia symptoms. Makes total sense, and since it’s so cheap I highly recommend getting one. If you can’t afford this AND the sauna, just get the sauna and breathe in the steam which has a similar effect.
Vitamin D Dosages: Most people are woefully underdosed with vitamin D. The recommended daily dosage of vitamin D according to the FDA is between 600-800iu. In reality, most people would do well with between 4000iu and 10000iu of vitamin D daily. Up your dosage of vitamin D. Also, your skin produces vitamin D through sunlight exposure. Use red light therapy and full spectrum sunlight bulbs in order to keep your vitamin D levels up.

Vitamin C Dosages: For most, 1 Gram of Vitamin C with bioflavonoids (important for bioavailability… otherwise the vitamin C isn’t absorbed.) split into two doses. 500mg in morning and 500 in evening is fine. If you are sick, look into liposomal vitamin C, which surrounds the vitamin with a layer of fat. This allows the vitamin C to bypass the stomach and go into the intestines where it is absorbed more readily.
Zinc Dosages: Be careful with zinc, don’t take too much without counter balancing it with copper. It can lead to neurological issues, stomach issues, etc. I recommend you start at a lower dose like 7.5mg and work your way up to 15mg daily. It is prescribed medically in doses as high as 200mg. Be careful with it, but make sure that you are taking zinc especially during the flu season.
This is a great zinc throat spray to take throughout the day. If you have a sore throat this will help disinfect, and speed recovery.

Its influence reaches all organs and cell types, representing an integral component of approximately 10% of the human proteome, and encompassing hundreds of key enzymes and transcription factors. Zinc deficiency is strikingly common, affecting up to a quarter of the population in developing countries, but also affecting distinct populations in the developed world as a result of lifestyle, age, and disease-mediated factors. Consequently, zinc status is a critical factor that can influence antiviral immunity, particularly as zinc-deficient populations are often most at risk of acquiring viral infections such as HIV or hepatitis C virus. This review summarizes current basic science and clinical evidence examining zinc as a direct antiviral, as well as a stimulant of antiviral immunity. An abundance of evidence has accumulated over the past 50 y to demonstrate the antiviral activity of zinc against a variety of viruses, and via numerous mechanisms. The therapeutic use of zinc for viral infections such as herpes simplex virus and the common cold has stemmed from these findings; however, there remains much to be learned regarding the antiviral mechanisms and clinical benefit of zinc supplementation as a preventative and therapeutic treatment for viral infections.”

Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) and Covid-19:
Full spectrum light aka normal frequencies that the sun emits, infrared/red light therapies, UV light disinfectant light… they all have significant effects on getting rid of the virus. All have different effects. UV light disinfects. Red light therapies boost immune system. Full spectrum light produces vitamin D3, makes you feel good, and boost immune system. I recommend all three.

Photobiomodulation and Acute Pulmonary Disorder
Emerging data show that light in the red and near infrared light spectra can reduce lung inflammation, lung fibrosis, pneumonia, acute respiratory disorders, and other severe complications of coronavirus infections. This is an encouraging development since the experience of those at the frontline of the COVID-19 outbreak in Wuhan, China clearly show that acute respiratory disorder was the major cause of death [84]. Moreover, lack of effective antiviral drugs against COVID-19 remains a serious concern, making it unlikely that such life-threatening complications may be resolved with medication in the short run. Early reports on the Wuhan COVID-19 outbreak show that commonly used antiviral drugs, such as neuraminidase inhibitors (oseltamivir, peramivir, zanamivir and others), acyclovir, the corticosteroid—methylprednisolone, and ribavirin were ineffectual in treating the disease [81,84].
There are indications that Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) a critical complication of COVID-19 infection [81,84], often characterized by airway edema, pulmonary inflammation, and lung fibrosis, could be ameliorated with photobiomodulation, as evidenced by early results in laboratory animals [[85], [86], [87]]. For example, following induction of pulmonary inflammation in rats, de Lima et al. [85] showed that irradiation of the skin over the inflamed bronchus with a single dose of 1.3 J cm−2 of continuous wave (CW) red 650 nm laser administered 1 h after induction of inflammation, inhibited pulmonary edema and downregulated several measures of inflammation. The treatment reduced activation and influx of neutrophils, damage to endothelial cytoskeleton, and the amount of TNF-α, and IL-1β in the lung and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
In a similar study, Brochetti et al. [86] induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice, and then treated the animals with red 660 ± 20 nm light (5 J cm−2 radiant exposure and 33 mW cm−2 irradiance) daily for eight days, beginning from day 14. They found that the treatment reduced collagen production and the number of inflammatory cells in the alveoli, decreased interstitial thickening, and static as well as dynamic pulmonary elasticity. Further, cultures of pneumocytes and fibroblasts obtained from the animals showed downregulation of pro-inflammatory cells and collagen deposits in the lungs [86]. Another study of the same murine model showed that infrared 780 nm light reduced inflammation and collagen deposits in the lungs of mice, downregulated pro-inflammatory cytokines, and upregulated the secretion of IL-10 from fibroblasts and pneumocytes. Moreover, it significantly reduced total lung TGFβ [87]. Taken together, these early results suggest that red and near infrared light have the potential to reduce some of the critical complications of coronavirus infections, i.e., pulmonary inflammation and lung fibrosis. The preliminary nature of these results and the need for improved experimental methods and data reporting should not diminish their significance; rather it should draw attention to another spectrum of light that may be beneficial in the ongoing fight against coronavirus diseases, which continues to challenge healthcare systems worldwide.
In the race against the anticipated devastation of COVID-19, clinicians have deployed chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine—two analogue medications commonly used to treat malaria but rarely used for coronavirus disease—to mitigate the disease, even though their mechanisms of action against viral infections remains poorly understood [84,[88], [89], [90]]. The rapid spread of COVID-19 and its clear capacity to kill on a massive scale obviously justify deployment of treatments that seem to work, even though their underlying mechanisms are not clear. Thus, given the potential capacity of red and near infrared light to reduce the life-threatening respiratory complications of COVID-19, it goes without saying that every effort should be made to advance the work so that an effective therapy can be fashioned from the body of research work achieved to date. It will be a wise investment to urgently investigate these initial results clinically, and not wait for another deadly coronavirus pandemic to remind us of the inherent potential of light as a therapeutic tool. The urgency of this call is heightened by recent clinical results, which indicate that patients with chronic obstructive lung disease and others with bronchial asthma and allergy improved significantly following treatment with light [91,92].
Even more striking are reports showing that certain wavelengths of light inactivate viruses. Light has been shown to inactivate baculoviruses [93] and prolonged exposure to blue light in the 420–430 nm range inactivates leukemia virus [94]. One may argue that baculoviruses are confined to invertebrates and are not known to replicate in humans; but the fact that COVID-19 traversed species barrier to humans [84] is a cause to worry. One or more of the 76 species of baculoviruses could mutate to survive and replicate in human hosts, more so because shrimps consumed by humans and mosquitoes that suck human blood are among their 600 or more invertebrate hosts. These prospects make urgent the need to intensify efforts to test the effect of blue light on common viruses, including COVID-19. Further, that light in the visible spectrum constitutes the basis for photodynamic treatment of plasma to inactivate several viruses, including herpes simplex and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) [[95], [96], [97]], offers strong reason to suggest that blue light—particularly pulsed blue light, which recent reports have shown to be 40 to 100 times more potent than continuous wave blue light [[33], [34], [35]]—has great potential to inactivate coronaviruses.
Already, fresh off the press is an early report that the common cold virus—a coronavirus—is inactivated by light [98]. In this recent study, broad spectrum light—mimicking sunlight—was tested on aerosolized influenza virus at 20% and 70% relative humidity, while the decay constant and half-life of the virus were measured as indices of survival. The results showed that relative humidity had no effect. The simulated sunlight alone significantly inactivated the virus, resulting in 0.29 ± 0.09 min−1 decay constant and a half-live of approximately 2.4 min compared to non-irradiated controls, which had 0.02 ± 0.06 min−1 decay constant and 31.1 min half-life. The resulting 93% increase in decay constant and the concomitant 92.3% decline in half-life due to light is impressive. This recent development buttresses the suggestion that blue light, in particular, pulsed blue light, which recent reports have shown to be 40 to 100 times more potent than the commonly available continuous wave blue light [[34], [35], [36]], has great potential to inactivate COVID-19 and other coronaviruses, in addition to suppressing related opportunistic bacterial infections. This recent finding further elevates the urgency to explore the potential of blue light as an antiviral agent. When convincing clinical results prove that blue light is antiviral, in addition to being antibiotic against coronavirus opportunistic bacteria, it would be a revolutionary paradigm shift, considering the ubiquity of low cost blue light emitting devices and the low risk involved in terms of safety. Moreover, the potential to disinfect equipment, the environment and spaces difficult to sanitize with common disinfectants, is huge.
Simple Healthy Food Plan: The golden rule is, good ingredients, good meals, good health.
There are so many tasty and super healthy foods out there that it’s almost impossible to make a bad meal when you combine them and cook them properly.
Proteins: Grass fed beef, or high quality beef from Whole Foods/Trader Joes or local farms ordered online. Free-Range Chicken, air dried. Free Range Eggs (Yolk Is Orange.) Wild Caught Fish.
Veggies and Beans: Wild Rice, Sprouted Quinoa, Beans, Organic Veggies (I like frozen,) Organic Sweet Potatoes (Purple, orange, yellow.)
Fats and Cooking Oils: Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil (Sunflower/Avocado Oils have far higher smoking points than oiive oil and are better to cook steak in.) Grass fed butter. (Has far better fat profile omega 3 fatty acids : omega 6) Ghee.
Intermittent Fasting: This is my favorite way to eat. Fast during the day, work and train. Then at night have a big healthy meal.
In closing, remember that Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci and the CCP produced this Bio-Weapon chimera freak virus and unleashed it on the world. It has a very low mortality rate, but high infection rate.
I would strongly recommend moving out of big cities run by democrats, head out to patriotic, rural or suburban areas and following these suggestions.
When people don’t want to hang out because of covid, simply explain they should just take a multi-vitamin, sauna, do some red light therapy and call it a day.

NEBULIZING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE TO KILL COVID 19/PNEUMONIAS (BAC OR VIRAL)
I REGULARLY use nebulizer with hydrogen peroxide as follows: it is commonly recommended that one use 1% HP food grade, which I also follow. The dilution is very simple. You put 1 part of HP3% into a container, and add 2 parts of pure water. Then you get 1% HP! If you have 35% of HP food grade, just 1 part of HP35% to 34 parts of pure water(total 35 parts) to make 1% food grade. Please be careful only to use pure/distilled water. The nebulizer & ultrasonic humidifier shoot tiny water particle as as a fog these are nothing but small water particles, never steam, therefore they carry all the contents of water. The unpure water do carry all the impurities including those metallic contents. I never recommend RO, “purified” water.
- Put some into your nebulizer.
- Breath the steam into your lung thru NOSE(if you do into mouth, it may irritate you until you are well used to it, esp. with 1%, lower % is more pleasant. But you will get use to it). I do this for any minutes up to 5. I don’t count # of breaths, I use regular/natural breath, no particular tricks. If I feel like I could easily hold it for a while. All I care about is time.
- I do this whenever I feel slight sign of cold/flu/COVID-19?? 🙂 🙂 … in my chest/lung. Whatever disease that was bugging me simply disappears. This does not mean I use one single session of nebulizing. I do it multiple session until I feel very good. These singlet oxygen atoms generated from HP are powerful enemies to these germs.
- I always have this nebulizer next to my bed and do it regularly just to kill any infections including COVID-19. I do not believe they have any chance against me. Killing bugs in my lung, breathing channel is the most directly way of killing these shits.
I always maintain bottle of MMS, CDH, CDS to back up. With these 2 soldiers, I could defeat any lung disease at all. All I need is “persistence”.

Crushing Seasonal Affective Disorder and Having An Awesome Winter (Wintertime Blues)
Seasonal affective disorder is where you get depressed or tired due to the shorter days less exposure to sunlight, colder weather, less human interaction etc.
Here’s a simple formula to literally crush it and feel amazing.



- Photobiomodulation: Full spectrum lights. Cannot emphasize that enough… full spectrum lights imitate full sunlight mid-day. With enough of these in your house you will feel like you’re on a Miami Beach mid summer. I promise. Use this, and red light therapy. I’ll show you my setup in the following pictures.
- Supplements: Vitamin D, full spectrum multi-vitamin, and whatever else you want to take that I recommend. Make sure you take at least 4000iu vit D daily. The CDC and the lying WHO will tell you only to take 400-800iu… bullshit Most humans require far more. I take around 10000iu daily personally. But you can find out what works best for you through bloodwork.
- Workouts. Lift weights, stretch, run, shoot guns.
- Have sex and relationships. If you have a shitty relationship with your family… don’t get depressed. Get your dating life right. It will be a nice substitute for family. Also, find training partners. Nothing will replace family, but something is better than nothing.
- Eat well. Steaks, chicken, fish, ORGAN MEAT, veggies. Lots of water and lemon.

The Best Sleep Hacks
I’ve always had problems sleeping. Between anxiety, sleep apnea, sleeping hot, not being able to get comfortable etc… I went on a mission to really maximize my sleep time.
Bedframe and Bed Setup:
Invest in a nice mattress. Ideally you’d be able to afford a nice organic mattress made from all organic ingredients. I really like the coco-mat beds but they’re super expensive. Check out full organic latex mattresses… they’re extremely comfortable and also have no weird chemicals in them which can cause cancer. At very least get a nice comfy mattress for cheap and a mattress pad…






Cool Looking Bed: Chicks love beds that look cool and also I think this looks cool. Not bad for 369$ Has selectable LED light panel built into the bed… I like it.


Natural Latex Mattress Topper: Natural latex is cool, has a great spring for sex and comfort, molds well to your body, and is widely regarded as one of the best mattress materials to sleep on. Make sure you don’t have an allergic response to latex first… some people do.





Sleeping Hot: Use a bedjet… Amazing machine. You can set the temperature, air speed, timer etc. I love the bedjet V2. It’s around 300$ but I honestly love it. You can use the turbo heat function during the winter to heat your bed. I absolutely love that feature and so do the girls I see. It blows air underneath your comforter so it keeps you from sweating under the comforter… I like setting the air speed at about 30-40% and around 80 degrees.



Sleep Apnea:
If you snore… assume you have sleep apnea. I always start snoring when I’m getting fat or I have too much muscle. The first step would be to lose the weight and get in shape… get lean. Eat healthy foods that don’t inflame your body like fried foods, excess sugar, excess carbs etc.
Second step would be using nose strips... they will open up your breathing passageways and you’ll find yourself sleeping WAY better. You’ll stop snoring and more restful night sleep.

If you have really bad sleep apnea, go see a doctor get a sleep study and get a CPAP machine. Sleep apnea is a real killer. Quite literally it is choking in your sleep for oxygen.
Lighting
Blackout: I recommend these blackout curtains for nighttime. This allows you to totally blackout all light into your bedroom. I also recommend these stickers to put over your LED’s on your alarm clock or air filter whatever… It will help totally black out room.

No Blue Light: There are lightbulbs you can use that cut out all blue light. Blue light spectrum light prevents you from producing melatonin which is the sleep hormone. There are lights you can buy for your room that have zero blue light and have a nice candlelight like warm hue. It will help you get to sleep quickly.


Read: Read a nice fiction book, or some pleasant book you enjoy reading before bed and that will help you get to sleep quickly.
Write out goals and tomorrows list of tasks: This is known as plan tomorrow today. If you write out your task list your subconscious will be able to relax because you know what to execute on tomorrow.

Get some eyeshades: you can use these eye shade for when you’re travelling or you’re staying at someone elses house. It’s not as comfortable for me as my blacked out room but it is nice to have the ability to totally black out the room. When you totally black out the room you have a far deeper sleep.

Use Either Sleep Cycle Alarm or a Sunrise Lamp: Sleep cycle alarm clock works by using your phone or watch by your bed to detect when you’re in Light Sleep State or Deep sleep REM state of sleep. If you get jarred out of Deep REM sleep state you’re going to feel groggy, maybe drunk, and it will take you 1-2 hours to shake it off and totally wake up. If you are awakened during your light sleep state you’ll be awakened in a alert ready state.


I also like the sunrise lamp because it slowly lights up your room like a sunrise, you will be able to detect the light on your skin and through your eyelids which will trigger a natural awakening process. The philips one also has bird sounds, or just general pleasant sounds to wake up to. It slowly begins ramping up the volume and the light… Very smooth and pleasant way to wake up.
Air Filters and Air Quality:
I like this air filter… it has a UV light in it so it kills viruses and bacteria that are airborne. HEPA filter so it gets rid of a lot of stuff in the air… and also provides nice ambient noise. Generally speaking people sleep better with background ambient noise. That’s why people sleep well when it rains, or there’s a light wind. Breathe better air + light background noise = good investment.



Put a full spectrum light next to your bed: Turn it on in the morning for a burst of energy early on in the morning.
Cleansing Your Sinuses
Essential Oils: Use this below your nose when you’re congested or if you just want to open your sinuses and air passageway. No negative side effects from this.

Neti Pot: Use a neti pot before bed and in the morning to clear the junk out of your sinuses so you can breathe better at night while sleeping.



You spend over 1/3 of your life sleeping… you should make it not only a pleaseant and enjoyable experience but also a restorative one.
